The banquet server is responsible for providing excellent service to guests by providing fast and efficient service of
meals and beverages in a courteous manner.
Responsibilities: |

To serve all patrons in assigned banquet rooms.
|
 |
Ensure all function rooms are set-up according to catering contracts. |
Duties: |
 |
Report to work on time with standard uniform; check for assigned function room
|
 |
Prepare and set-up function room according to Catering contract
|
 |
Service of Banquet function ensuring all food and beverage items on catering contract is
served
|
 |
Ensure efficient and correct delivery of all food and beverage items to assigned sections
|
 |
Clearing of assigned tables according to banquet standards
|
 |
Store all banquet equipment in designated areas
|
 |
Check with Food and Beverage Manager for any additional duties or tasks
|
 |
Have open line of communications with all related employees
|
 |
Handle all food and beverage items according to Government health standards
|
 |
Be familiar with responsible liquor service and existing Government regulations on liquor service
|
 |
Handle and store all equipment with care
|
 |
Perform other duties as required
|
